Meet Our Founder

Vincent's Story 

Vincent’s career began in Accra, Ghana at Melcom GRP of Stores in 2009. It was there as an Assistant Store Manager, Vincent’s passion, and curiosity for supply chain and logistics were ignited. Vincent’s fascination for how customer engagement and satisfaction are achieved to how much merchandise is procured was cultivated.

From Melcom Group Stores, Vincent went on to become the Supply Chain Officer at the Regional Medical Store within the Ghana Health Service System, where he learned the intricacies of day-to-day operations management, inventory specialization, and
procurement.

It would be Vincent’s dedication to the field that led to the recognition of the Ghana Health Service for one of the highest honors for having spearheaded a team throughout Ghana, Africa to provide medical supply and logistics expertise at a critical time in the globe’s history, the COVID-19 pandemic.

Vincent expresses his continued passion through excellence and high performance and mastery of customer satisfaction.

Vincent achieved his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Accra Technical University. Vincent is currently matriculated in the MBA program in Supply Chain & Logistics Management program, at Syracuse University.

Outside of work, Vincent enjoys spending time, reading, going on long walks, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
